Payment and Security

Little Package does not — and cannot — store, access, or see your credit card or bank information. Credit card information accepted and transmitted by www.little-package.com to payment processors is encrypted by a 256-bit SSL certificate issued by Comodo. Always look for “https://” in the URL and the lock symbol on your browser when transmitting sensitive data. More information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

PayPal

PayPal is widely trusted for being quick, easy, and safe. You can use your credit or debit card, or bank account, at PayPal to pay; they pass along only your order selections and mailing address to Little Package.

Stripe

Credit card processing is through Stripe (www.stripe.com). The Stripe service allows Little Package to accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and Discover credit card payments securely.

Refunds

Little Package gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unwanted (non-custom) merchandise for full refund, minus a $2 restocking fee. Return must be postmarked within 30 days of original purchase. If your return is a result of an error on my part, I will issue a refund for return shipping as well. Otherwise, shipping is nonrefundable. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Patterns, gift certificates, and items discounted at 25% and higher are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
